Download the follow files here or if you already have a newer client that will work too. Current Client Version is 7.0.29.2
Install them to whatever directory you want just make note of it.
Now download UOStream here
Set your settings below
In the Client Options point it to the location you installed the UO files. It will want the direct path to the client.exe file.
Secondly, Under Ultima Online direct it to the main directory for your UO.
Lastly, Time in the listed IP address and Port.
When you sign in just sign in with any login it will auto create your account.
